We want every dog to love and benefit from our supplements. If you or your dog aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

If your order is unopened and in its original condition, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products. However, if your dog hasn’t loved their experience, please get in touch. We‘ll always do our best to make it right.

Our Promise

Every dog is different, and we understand that supplements don’t work exactly the same way for every pup. If you have any concerns about your order, your dog’s experience, or how to introduce our supplements, contact our team and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or something is missing, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
