Refund policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In its original packaging

You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, including cases where a dog simply does not like the taste.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original postage costs where applicable. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
