Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be available as a pre-order or as part of a subscription. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how you can manage or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.
By placing a subscription order:
- You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for each scheduled delivery
- Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time before your next scheduled shipment.

Pre-orders
When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be available for delivery at a later date.
For pre-orders:
- Full payment is taken at checkout unless otherwise stated
- Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page and in your order confirmation email
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched for a full refund.
